Position : City Acquisition Lead

Location: UP East

Exp: 6-10 Years

Degree : Any full time BE/B.Tech - MBA/PGDM preferred

Age: 30-35 Years

CTC : As per industry standards

- Must have BD experience in wireline/fixed-line products. (broadband/fibernet)

Job Mandate :

1. Ensure timely implementation of the building & customer acquisition methods and delivery of business targets for the respective city.

2. Managing high performance team.

3. Drive business targets and delivery through cross functional coordination and facilitate timely resolutions to teams.

4. Monitor operational metrics,analytics and manage business performance by replicating best practices in the respective city.

Planning & Deployment :

1.Build and motivate team to deliver building and customer acquisition target

2.Drive the execution of customer acquisition methodology across city

4.Ensure availability of all tools, kits with Acquisition teams to facilitate acquisition as per plan

Ops Management :

1.Implement sale enablement programs such as roadshows, events, experience zones etc. across cities

2.Effective cross functional co-ordination to enable achievement of acqiusition targets.

3.Monitor the building & customer on-boarding performance metrics and conduct periodic reviews for performance improvement with teams.
