Position Overview:

- Citrix Content Collaboration is building the next generation of cloud-based content for the digital workspace.

- As an integral member of our engineering organization, you will be working on some of our most challenging problems, from fast-paced deployments to systems-level programming, all the while delighting customers with simple, intuitive, user experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

- As a Product Owner create meaningful technical vision for the team, while managing prioritization and trade-offs with multiple business stakeholders

- Establish technical directions and drive multiple technical initiatives across the content sharing platform

- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic and technical goals

- Develop, coach, mentor individuals and teams and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment.

- Foster a culture of innovation, enthusiasm and job reward

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing software development teams

- Exceptional technical background in Full Stack Software Development, preferably with modern UI frameworks, Relational databases and Microservices.

- Strong acumen for developing Cloud Native applications

- Demonstrable experience delivering functionality with a team 7-10 engineers

- Demonstrable experience working with an SRE organization

- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a single functional area.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Agile experience
