Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence procedures for securitization transactions, focusing on assessing loan portfolios.
- Analyze financial data, legal documents, and other relevant materials to evaluate risk and compliance.
- Coordinate with engagement team and stakeholders to prepare tailored due diligence reports.
- Present findings and make recommendations to client management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on due diligence and securitizations.
- Demonstrated experience with testing credit worthiness across various asset classes.
- Proven analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Experience with collateral testing and risk assessment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
