WHAT WE DO
Citizens Alliance aims to collaborate with government(s) and work with people at the grassroots by designing & developing an effective solution(s) to enable the effective government to citizen (G2C) interaction & engagement across all level(s), creating innovative service delivery mechanisms and work on implementing the solution(s) by creating innovative strategies, impactful communication channels, and outreach mechanisms
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
He/she will be responsible to lead & supervise multiple initiatives (s)/large projects (s) and act as Centre/Zonal lead of the organization leading various strategic initiative(s), build partnership(s), collaborate with crucial stakeholder(s) in the execution of multiple mandates

- Lead team and guide project execution across verticals/ entities

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- Graduated from Tier-I institutes (IITs, IIMs, NLS, etc.) with a professional experience of 4-8 years
- Worked with leading firms and outperformed in your domain
- Experience in leading large teams or worked on large scale projects in close quarters
- Zeal to work in an unconventional set up to drive key initiatives at ground level
- Ability to come up with innovative methods and guide team members to attain higher levels of performance
- Personal drive to plan, prioritize, deliver results even on tight deadlines and go beyond 9 to 5 framework
