PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
At Citizens Alliance, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational process. To help maintain and grow this standard, we- re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you- ll have proven success in managing the operations department toward maximum productivity. Additionally, you- ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase organizational operational efficiency
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for young, passionate professionals who are looking to take up challenging or unconventional opportunities and drive our large-scale projects. The role offers you to:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Managing administrative activities involving the purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, etc
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees in the department when needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
- Work closely with finance teams to determine best vendors and distributors
- Adapt to rapidly changing the environment and ability to handle ambiguity to meet the changing employee landscape
- Resource optimization by prioritizing high-value work with available resource capacity
The DESIRED CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- Graduated from Tier-I institutes (IITs, IIMs, NLS, NITIE, etc.) with a professional experience of 2-5 years in strategy/operations/supply chain/vendor management
- A person who has worked in startups of dynamic in nature and fast-evolving environments will be having an additional advantage
- Personal drive to plan, prioritize, deliver results even on tight deadlines and go beyond 9 to 5 framework
