Community Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Interact and improve our content creators
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests
- Bring out the talented content creators of different content genres to our platform
- Identify the trending topics of content
- Make a plan to improve the content on trending topics
- Check out the reviews on our app and communicate with users who have commented
- Strategize and execute online and offline community programs
Skills/Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both Hindi and English language
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential
- Experience in managing online content creators will be a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Creativity and problem- solving aptitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
