Circle Manager - Sales Training

10 -16 years of experience in sales operations and L&D with reputed organizations with national/regional presence preferably with rural insights. The candidate should have led significant teams in sales verticals. Candidates should lead a team of trainers, guide and support trainers in their daily activities and development in the role. Implementing the set plans across the region.

- Train the trainer of circle trainers

- Ensuring the training calendar for onboarding, TNI & refreshers

- Driving Daily operations for all training with the regions/project

- Tracking and driving productivity

- Training quality checks

- Local Development & driving - Learning Management Systems

- Tracking and driving training KPIs

- To be able to deliver the content in local languages

- Traveling across the region will be part of the job

An ideal candidate would be one who has worked in Sales and now taking care of Training & Development, primarily of Field Sales Team
