Circle Manager/Area Manager - Bancassurance

Job Description :

- Handling a team of 20-30 FOS and 1-2 TM and generating business through channel partner.

- Driving business through 40-50 PNB Branches in the Circle

- Responsible for targets allocated to 40-50 Bank Branches

- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications

- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

- Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market

- Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries

Qualification/Experience/Skills :

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience : 6-8 years of Experience in Insurance Industry

Skills Required :

- Team Management Skills

- Well groomed, should have good communication skills

- Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches

- Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.

- High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target

Minimum Salary offered : 10 LPA
