Circle Lead - Security Services Firm (10-15 yrs)
A leading Security Services Firm is looking for Circle Leadership across 2 locations towards taking ownership of the current business as well as driving future business growth and customer engagement.
ROLES: [TWO ROLES AVAILABLE]
1. Circle Lead - Rest of Maharashtra (ROM),
2. Circle Lead - Gujarat.
MUST BE:
1. Aware of topography and Industrial spread within the relevant geography.
2. Ex-Defence personnel / Ex-Armed Forces / JCO from Airforce, etc. with Corporate experience.
3. Knowledge / aptitude of Profit Centre Management.
4. Experience of ERP / MIS / Enterprise level software.
5. Proficient / Experienced at handling the Managed Services Domain.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Business Development & Retention (Top Line, Margins, Customer Churn),
2. Timely Training & Staff Deployment,
3. Manage Day-to-Day Operations for Security Personnel deployed across Customer locations,
4. Billing & Collections Management,
5. Take full ownership and accountability of Circle Profitability,
6. Maintain high employee morale and retention across the team.
