Circle HR Manager - Retail (2-10 yrs)
We have opportunity leading company into retail industry.
- Candidate interested to work in retail industry need to apply and role includes travelling for around 8-10 days with in Mumbai
- Candidate should be very stong in managing contract labour management & Statutory Compliances related to same.
Role includes 60 %-Core HR Activities 40%-Statutory Compliances
- Ensuring resolutions of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
- Issuing confirmation & appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
- Manage HR activities at multiple locations
- 3rd Party Exp - Handling Labour contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
- Team Handling is Must (Min 8-10 ppl)
Recruitment : PMS
- Statutory Compliance(Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory insp, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.)
- Core HR Activities,Promotions, Transfers
- Ensure employee engagement activities in the circle Willing to travel (Store &Regional Office Twice a week )
- Good Communication Skills
