Circle Head - Sales & Marketing - Smart Office Vertical - General Insurance

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible to handle on roll team for Smart Office Vertical as a Cluster Head.

- Responsible to handle team of Business managers and Smart Office distributions Officer which is works in different location of respected location.

- Monitoring sales, Funding and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.

- Managing and Controlling the Manual CN process as per the rules laid down.

- Working with Claims to ensure timely settlement of Partner dues.

- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of IRDA and other authorities.

- Ensuring compliance with Internal Norms.
