Circle Head - Sales & Marketing (14-21 yrs)

Summary/Objective

The person is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. This position is responsible for developing marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction and aligning international business plans with organizational objectives Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff.

Essential Functions

1. Develop annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

2. Direct implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices.

3. Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of Sales.

4. Develop and manage retail pricing structures.

5. Provide leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.

6. Provide leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.

7. Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.

8. Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.

9. Provide input and support to the company's leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.

10. Build, develop and manage marketing and customer service team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.

11. Manage marketing services department, including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.

12. Prepare presentations to explain the company's current and future strategies.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelors in Engineering, any specialization

2. Master's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline.

3. A minimum of 10 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in global/international business, planning and marketing.

Travel - This position requires extensive travelling.
