Sharing the same with the team in a proactive manner, which results in Opex minimization and meeting SLA with clients. - Ensuring FRTs are maintained and run in accord to the need, hence minimizing vehicle running cost - Minimize wastage of materials consumed by ensuring all materials are optimally utilized and the same is kept under check by the material co Ordinator by maintaining & reporting Material Consumption &amp; Reconciliation reports. - Flex control to ensure manpower utilization efficiently, Patroller KMs per day, FRT utilization, extra manpower deployment are verified on ground and check mechanisms are in place to ensure Opex reduction. - Maximize overhead to underground conversion with plans, which are prioritized with sensitivity of the network involved. - Ensure 100% dark fibre availability - Proactive maintenance of NODEs (NPT) - Restoration Trouble ticket closure - Preventive maintenance - ISP uptime &amp; maintenance - Deploying resources as per plan &amp; budget to optimise network health - Ensuring the resources deployed are eligible, qualified and trained in their respective job with technical and soft skills. - Ensuring timely materials are provided to the team for efficient operations. - Upgraded/ calibrated tools to be provided to the team for smoother and timely operations during restoration works. - Disseminate on time / proactive information with solutions in line to serve with client deliverables / agreements. - Prepare for and attend client meetings and review for SLA reviews and sharing of any planned activities on the networks. - Progressive update of network restoration incase of a network outage. - Timely sign off on the client requirements as per SLA. - Resource deployment Plan &amp; optimise who will be deployed where , why and what would be the role of the person. - Reward and recognition for the teams to be organized. - Ensure team Birthday celebrations | Quarterly get togethers for team bonding are organized in a way that all employees are covered. - Positive encouragement to the team through regular connects and calls on cuts saved, initiatives taken, team members helped. - Encourage and drive six sigma, innovation projects at the circle level in an organized manner and showcase the teams efforts to the leadership. - Initiate invoice for process of payment of OPEX expenses - Partner suggestion for works to SCM - on ground performance of the partner based on capability and approach in area
