Job Profile :
- Responsible for managing 12-15 stores operations.
- Responsible for handling four areas i.e People, Business, Process & Compliance.
- Data Analysis and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.
- Review manpower requirement in his circle and ensure the gaps to be filled with the discussion with HR.
- Conducting the Midterm review and Performance appraisal for the circle.
- Must ensure adherence to all set processes related to people, product and assets.
- Ensure Compliance requirements to be met in all stores and RO at his circle.
- Must have knowledge of related functions such as HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.
