It is a major part of one of the largest Telecom organization with manpower of over 5000 employees in Pan India.  Job Role :   - The role entails looking after the Business Environment, Understand the business priorities at the circle, Interpret the HR Policies and Procedures, effectively handles the entire HR functions that is Employee Engagement, Hiring and On boarding, Ensuring 100% accuracy of Statutory Compliance and manage the other Circle Administrative Activities.   - The person would be accountable for handling a headcount of 500 - 1000 employees, based at Odisha region and would report to the Pan India - Head HR based at Delhi/NCR.  1. We are essentially looking for Diversity (Women candidates) with 7+ years of experience in managing the Business partnering role post completion of 2 years full time MBA. (mandatory)   2. Must have extensive exposure in Telecom / FMCG / FMCD / Infra /other related industry and have managed Contractual or Blue collar workforce.  Key Responsibilities :   Business Partnering :  - Develop innovative HR Business Solutions aligned with the business priorities.  - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing of candidates to making offers, as per the defined TA process and approved SLAs, for levels that have been delegated to circles.  - Conduct on-boarding of new joinees and smooth induction at circle level.  - Implement policy/procedures related to Performance Assessment, Feedback & Surveys and Career planning and Development planning.   - Design and implement the circle specific Rewards & Recognitions program and facilitate deployment and review of National R&R programs for sustainability, effectiveness and relevance.  Statutory Compliances & MIS :   - Ensure 100% HRIS Accuracy  - Complete management of outsourced associates   - Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to as per the laws of the land.  Employee engagement & communication :   - Interpret and Implement the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices.  - Inculcate discipline and code of conduct by reinforcing workplace ethics & value systems.   - Coordinates special projects as directed to include, but not limited to, employee survey and feedback process, speeches and presentations, emergency/contingency planning and communication strategy formulation.  - Design, develop & execute cross-functional programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate. Drive Gallup impact planning sessions at the circle levels and track action planning for enhanced employee satisfaction  Responsible for circle level CSR activities - alignment to the corporate goals w.r.t CSR
