Circle Head - Human Resource - Telecom (7-12 yrs)

Job Purpose-

Reporting to - GM (General Manager- HRBP)

Duties & Responsibilities -

- Interpret and Implement the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices.

- Ensure all people process owners / managers are adequately equipped to deploy people processes in their respective teams.

- Inculcate discipline and code of conduct by reinforcing workplace ethics & value systems.

- Develop and implement an effective flow of information to solicit support for HR objectives and to achieve a positive public image for BIL as an employer of choice. Plan communication initiatives in conjunction with leadership teams at circle and at HO to ensure consistency, openness and transparency.

- Coordinates special projects as directed to include, but not limited to, employee survey and feedback process, speeches and presentations, emergency/contingency planning and communication strategy formulation.

- Design, develop & execute cross-functional programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate.

Responsible for synchronizing the organizations culture, aspirations, values, and brand promise with that of the employees.

- Responsible for circle level CSR activities - alignment to the corporate goals w.r.t CSR

- Understand the business environment, and the business priorities at the circle level to facilitate effective HR and Administrative support to the respective business/functional leadership teams.

- Develop innovative HR Business Solutions aligned with the business priorities.

- Facilitate and take ownership for driving change at the circle level by acting as a change catalyst and managing the change transition across teams and functions.

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing of candidates to making offers, as per the defined TA process and approved SLA- s, for levels that have been delegated to circles.

- Conduct on-boarding of new joinee's and smooth induction at circle level.

- Implement policy/procedures related to Performance Assessment, Feedback & Surveys and Career planning and Development planning.

- Facilitate talent management through counselling & performance planning, implementation of appropriate solutions for development and growth, thus facilitating the process of comprehensive bench strength planning and building of leadership pipeline at the circle.

- Design and implement the circle specific Rewards & Recognitions program and facilitate deployment and review of National R&R programs for sustainability, effectiveness and relevance.

- Contribute towards building a learning organization through assessment of training needs, seamless training delivery and adequate transfer of learning.

- Ensure effective utilization of HR Budget and implementation of measures to drive cost optimization.

- Provide solutions to leadership team, managers and staff on a range of employee relations issues including performance management, staffing, employee counselling, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations and workforce and succession planning.

- Ensure 100% HRIS Accuracy

- Complete management of outsourced associates (technicians salary & claims, associate database, coordination with manpower vendors)

- Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to as per the laws of the land.

- Promote and maintain sound relations with external/Govt agencies through transparent and fair dealings for achieving Organizational harmony.

- Build/Create, Manage & upkeep of all admin activities like Building Facilities, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Civil & Maintenance, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Stationary and Supplies, Time Keeping, Claims, Loans & Advances etc.

- Administer and monitor the working of security system at Circle/zones for providing safe and secure work environment to the teams on field
