- Interpret and Implement the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices. - Ensure all people process owners / managers are adequately equipped to deploy people processes in their respective teams. - Inculcate discipline and code of conduct by reinforcing workplace ethics &amp; value systems. - Develop and implement an effective flow of information to solicit support for HR objectives and to achieve a positive public image for BIL as an employer of choice. Plan communication initiatives in conjunction with leadership teams at circle and at HO to ensure consistency, openness and transparency. - Coordinates special projects as directed to include, but not limited to, employee survey and feedback process, speeches and presentations, emergency/contingency planning and communication strategy formulation. - Design, develop &amp; execute cross-functional programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate.
