Drive the sales and operations of the respective region to ensure continuous growth and customer satisfaction.

- Market Growth :

- Ability to develop customer insights by gathering the right information/ data through surveys, developing close relationships with local residents, competitor analysis

- Basis the demography of the region, plan district/ city wise promotional activities to create brand awareness

- Collaborate with cross functional teams within the company such as Core Networks, PST/ PNT to ensure proper coverage of the area and partnership with ERPs at the ideal location

- Identify opportunity, improvement areas through benchmarking with the best practices and comparing with competitor performance

- People & Stakeholder Management :

- Must have the capability to assess the potential of the market to set aggressive goals/ targets ensuring there is minimum expectation vs delivery gap

- Identify processes and metrics to analyze progress and communicate performance dialogue on regular intervals

- Recruit, develop and retain high performing team working in collaboration with the HR team

- Drive the Reward & Recognition programs of the respective Circle and ensure the team is highly motivated and engaged. Understand the reasons of separation and take corrective measures to check attrition

- Liaison and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as ERPs, LCOs, team members, Core Network & HR team
