Central TRUST Team - Job description
1) Overall Transformation Phases Delivery Owner & PMO
- Conduct diagnostic and design the interventions at each unit along with unit team and support them in implementation and sustenance phase
- Ensure consistency of principles across units (identified from diagnostic). Drive on-time execution across sprints, across units within cluster
- Development and continuous monitoring of key program metrices to gauge and report progress made. Enable cross-learnings among all units in the cluster. Codification and continuous updating and improvement of structure and processes for sustainable delivery
- Ensure that SOPs are created/updated for driving key processes under the transformation (i.e. diagnostics, running governance, idea generation and implementation) by working closely with unit TRUST team & Drive/Hold knowledge repository of all transformation related initiatives across work-streams
- Major Interventions to work for : Mindset & Behavior, QMS, PQCDSM, Investigation effectiveness, Product Robustness (FMEA), Engineering excellence & key projects
2) Overall communication & energization :
- Support for customization of change story design and ongoing updation across each level of the cluster
- Periodic communication and energization across the cluster workshops, town-halls, digital content creation and delivery, print media content creation and delivery etc.
3) Overall capability building
- Develop training modules and conduct trainings (influencing skills, MS Excel/Power-point, Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, RCA, SPS, CAPA, FMEA etc. ) - Invest time in learning new areas to identify opportunities for process improvement.
4) Lean governance
- Support end-to-end design of unit-wide lean governance model for embedding initiatives across the unit during sprint phase; sustainability of interventions going forward across the unit.
Educational qualifications:
- Engineering/Pharma/Business graduate or postgraduate
Relevant experience:
- Successful track record of at least 5-7 years in pharma industry
- At least 2-3 years experience on a transformation role or equivalent role (Change management)
- Content/knowledge expertise in all aspects of his/her area / department
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Good articulation and high impact presentation
- Lean and Six Sigma (Preferably Black belt, Green Belt is must)
