Cipla - Manager - Customer Order Fulfillment - SAGA (3-6 yrs)

I. Service orders for regional BD teams/ Sales in the defined customer service framework for timely issue resolution

1. Analyse the order status in our systems

2. Gather information on scheduling, material receipt and dispatch schedule

3. Highlight any potential issues which might affect defined timelines

4. Take end to end ownership of the assigned order for the region

II. Attend all relevant control tower meetings to get data and information on all open orders for the region and their status updates

1. Prioritize black (missing OTIF) and red (likely to miss OTIF) orders and ensure that missing inputs from key stakeholders are received

2. Identify issues (e.g. artwork approval, batch size, minimum order quantity etc.) which are to resolved/ approved/ exempted by the BD/ sales teams

III. Arrange cross functional meetings to resolve bottleneck related to priority orders in order to ensure OTIF is met

1. Connect with customer supply chain to align the OTIF measurements

2. Gather feedback from timely resolution of issues with concerned stake holders

3. Identify all outstanding/ open orders for defined priority customers

4. Analyse issues which need immediate escalations to cross functional teams for timely resolutions

5. Prioritize orders / customers basis the defined parameters

6. Identify key stakeholders who need to be engaged to resolve outstanding issues

7. Arrange cross-functional meetings

8. Provide the head customer service cell with detail analysis on all outstanding orders that are to be discussed in the meetings

IV. Drive Demand Planning for the region to provide timely and accurate forecasts

1. Collate and process sales forecast as per the standard process to ensure timely forecasts are sent to Head for review

2. Perform the forecast review process to identify errors, highlight deviations in order to continuously improve the demand forecast accuracy

V. Manage S&OP process for the region to ensure smooth and robust flow of process and adhere to inventory norms.

a. Provide overall management for multiple steps in the S&OP process, such as running S&OP meetings, developing options for gaps, facilitating resolution of supply / demand issues, identify issues for escalation to ensure smooth flow of process-

b. Monitor coverage of materials on the basis of forecast through monthly review in order to have maximum material availability, better OTIF levels & escalation of non-serviceable & capacity constraint products

c. Ensure rolling out of inventory norms through bi monthly review to adherence of norms & regular stock outs to have optimum norms as per actual requirement

Educational qualifications:

Post Graduate in business or Graduate in Business/ Engineering/ Science

Relevant experience:

2-5 years of experience in sales forecasting/ demand estimation preferably in pharma domain
