Job Purpose :
To create and lead the CI / transformation agenda and best in class supply chain practices for the Function by optimizing processes through automation & technology adoption, capability enhancement, institutionalization of best practices to improve performance, profitability, increased cost savings and thereby contribute in achieving the Function goals
Accountabilities:
I. Implement the process of SCM transformation by identifying & prioritizing initiatives and ensuring achievement of deliverables as per the agreed timelines
II. Institutionalization of best practices across the Function to improve performance and achieve Function goals
III. Translate technology strategy and decisions into agreed programmes and deliver transformation objectives to achieve the medium and long-term Function goals
IV. Drive capability building initiatives in the Function that address the capability gaps and result in tangible organisational and professional development outcomes
V. Drive Project Management & governance of transformation initiatives
Education Qualifications - Post Graduate in Management in SCM or Operations
Relevant Work Experience : 5-10 Years experience in Supply Chain in Pharma industry
