Cipla - Lead - Business Strategy & M&A (6-8 yrs)

Evaluate and execute inorganic opportunities across geographies by managing internal and external teams to ensure effective and timely closure of mergers and acquisitions deals and thereby help the Business Unit to achieve growth in key markets.

Key Accountability :-

- Develop inorganic strategies, opportunities and investment leads across geographies in order to build scale in existing markets and create market entry strategies in new territories

- Evaluate new business opportunities and initiatives to help senior management make informed decisions Conduct cross functional due diligence on identified opportunities in order to ensure the assets under evaluation are compliant and generate sufficient value for the company

- Negotiate and structure transaction documents working closely with the internal and external legal teams in order to efficiently execute a deal Project manage cross functional teams in order to successfully integrate the acquired assets within the company and create synergies that add value to the organization-

- Train and develop team members with regards to domain expertise for taking up future responsibilities in the division

Relevant Experience and Educational qualifications :

- 5-6 years of relevant experience (mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and strategy)

- MBA (Finance) / CA
