- The role serves as a business partner for the Australia & New Zealand Market, driving the region's P&L and financial performance.

- The incumbent will oversee financial governance and compliance, including sales & inventory accounting, monthly closing, P&L preparation, regional budget management, cash flow, transfer pricing, and BDNL case preparation.

- The role also requires in-depth market analysis and risk/opportunity management.

- The position is based in India, requiring high diligence and proactive issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Performance Evaluation:

- Review and analyze the division's P&L to track business performance and provide actionable insights.

- Partner with the SFE team to maintain dashboards for ANZ and ensure forecasting accuracy.

- Deep dive into P&L line items, proactively manage risks, and identify measurable savings or improvement levers.

- Assist in business partnering for pricing, margin analysis, and financial transactions.

- Evaluate and implement automation projects to improve efficiency and transparency across stakeholders.

Business Partnering:

- Ensure business hygiene and continuity within the compliance framework, supporting transactions, pricing, and margins.

- Assist Regional Finance Heads in BDNL business case preparation and annual budget planning.

- Develop a deep market understanding and manage data effectively.

- Incorporate business needs into processes and systems to facilitate smoother operations.

- Ensure seamless implementation of business decisions and timely communication to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Alignment:

- Align stakeholders across cross-functional teams to drive the business agenda.

- Ensure alignment in pricing, cost control, and CoPE management with the business team.

- Address issues related to SCM, demand planning, logistics, and billing/freight queries with effective problem-solving.

Simplification & Automation:

- Drive process simplification through automation and develop SOPs to ensure effective, process-driven activities.

- Implement transparent processes and communicate changes effectively through training or direct communication.

- Standardize and automate processes to minimize manual effort and errors.

Relevant Work Experience:

- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in financial management with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach.

- Experience in controlling, SAP knowledge preferred.

- Interpersonal skills, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation abilities are essential.
