Also work closely with the central Planning later in the areas of Inventory, Strategic projects, CI etc. Accountabilities : 1. Manage multiple strategic projects and activities in the central planning with cross functional teams 2. Manage/lead projects/Initiatives in the areas of CI / Inventory 3. Maintain the hygiene and govern key master data in SAP 4. Support in the day to day operational activities 5. Prepare and publish key operational reports/ MIS at regular intervals based on year end Goals/ KPIs Education Qualification : - MBA in SCM - Relevant Work Experience - 3-6 years of experience - Relevant experience in Supply/Material Planning in a pharma domain Competencies/Skills : - Communication Skills (clarity of thought, comprehension) - Likely potential for growth - Job / Product / Technical Knowledge / Pharma domain knowledge - Presentation & Interpersonal skills (If applicable) - Managerial or People Management skills - Safety awareness (If applicable) - Relevance of Previous Experience - Comprehension, Analytical & Problem solving abilities - Well versed in Microsoft office, especially MS Excel & MS Powerpoint - Minimum requirements of a basic SAP & IBP knowledge - Productivity & Result Orientation (If applicable) - Attitude Qualification fitment : - Sales drive (If applicable) - Personality traits (Individualistic / Team player, Out spoken, Maturity level etc.)
