I. DYNAMIC CAPACITY PLANNING

- Lead the creation of Strat Plan on an annual basis

- Manage activities related to RCCP Monthly Cycle

- Lead the Capacity Evaluations for business

- Monitor Capacity utilization across on a regular basis

- Keep a tab on Product Transfer tracking

II. AVDs

- Manage evaluation of AVD requests and priority setting

- Control AVD tracking

- Manage all the communication to business teams related to AVD

III. ALLOCATIONS

- Monthly/ Ad Hoc allocation coordination and support (to start)

IV. STRATEGIC INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- Lead all Safety stock evaluations and settlement with the supply planning teams

- Manage all STN calculations

- Oversee creation and monitoring inventory projections/ tracking reports

- Lead the special projects like EM / IN artwork etc

- Material LT analysis / tracking

V. INVENTORY CONTROL

- Monthly SM/NM inventory reports and trend charts

- Drive SM/NM reduction plans through material planners

- Disposal of risk inventory (includes negotiating quotes with traders)

- Destruction notes approval/evaluation

VI. SAP MRP CONTROL

- MRP Run

- Master data validations/ corrections/ updating

- Error checks/ missing PV and follow ups

- Debugging

- RCCP SAP support

- Manual PR tracking

- Authorizations/UAT etc

VII. DEMAND CONSOLIDATION

- Forecast consolidation/ upload

- Error corrections/ re uploads

VIII. ARTWORK CHANGE MANAGEMENT

- Change control approvals

- Coordination with material planners

IX. CI PROJECTS

- SAP IMPACT development & Support

- Quality Lead time Analysis

- Inventory Write off tool

- Microsoft team collaboration space

- Planning time fence setting

- Other CI projects

- IBP Support

X. CENTRAL METRICS/ REPORTING

- R /C/ A monthly weekly analysis

- Weekly Supply Security deck/MoM

- MFR/TLT decks/ action trackers

- Full Kitting report (to start)

- STR to STO data

- Quality release OTIF (proposed)

- Maintain centralized metrics for team in MS teams (proposed)

- Ad Hoc evaluations demand fidelity etc
