Job Summary: CIO/CTO for a medium size fast-growing web automation company @ Mumbai

Position/ Title: CIO/CTO

Reporting to: CEO

Experience: 6-15 Years

Location: Mumbai

Client/Organization: Our client, a known medium size web automation organization based in Mumbai

Job Description

This role will be accountable for:

1. Planning and execution of all business-critical technology processes including design, development, network architecture, security and disaster recovery etc.

2. Strategic and tactical planning, product development and coordination of web processes, systems and resources

3. Aligning with business team to standardize and automate the current and new business requirements and processes

4. Prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives at a fast pace and as per changing business environment

5. To develop and implement required organizational policies and standards from internal and external audit perspective

6. Evaluate, mentor and manage team members. Work with them for their training needs and career development.

7. Managing all IT vendor relationships and partnerships.

Skills required

Technical

1. Thorough Knowledge of Python, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS, development and Python

2. Proven track record of working on large web crawling projects

3. Good understanding of backend developments and algorithms

4. Strong hold in deploying virtual platforms and crawling architectures

5. Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in dynamic environment

6. Experience with tools like selenium, scrapy, beautifulsoup, Jmeter and bit bucket

7. Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress

8. Experience in building large scale system designs

Other skills

1. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience (start-up experience would be a plus)

2. Ability to build relationships both within the organisation and outside vendors / partners.

3. Ability to focus on the big picture and at the same time also go deeper into details if required.

4. Ability to develop and mentor high performing teams across the organization and focuses on accountability while maintaining high quality results

5. Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement and drives to others toward a common goal.

Desired Candidate Profile

Seeking a strong computer science graduate from tier 1 institute with prior hands on experience in web automation.

Keyskills :

- Must have very good knowledge on below :

- Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript

- Preferred experience in large scale web crawling and python libraries like scrapy, beautiful soup, selenium, etc..

Education- Below for good /reputed institutes with at least first class throughout

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
