Cinnara is building a leading Feminine hygiene brand using alternate distribution channels. As a category Feminine hygiene is grossly under-penetrated. 82% of the market is dominated by 2 large players and balance by over 300 small brands. We are thinking disruptive distribution, marketing and logistics to build Cinnara. We know that there is a problem and we have a broad solution in mind. Let's iterate and find the right solution/model. As a Co-founder would be building Cinnara. We are looking for someone who challenges conventional wisdom, thinks beyond the obvious and is a wizard at execution. We need an entrepreneur. Ideally, you should have an MBA/Engineering from a Tier 1 institution and spent 3-4 years in consulting, consumer tech/commerce or with an FMCG major in ASM / Category roles [Total experience 4-20 years]. Apart from the usual skill required to be an entrepreneur, you need to have skills in marketing, consumer behaviour, digital, operations, and an appreciation for technology & data.
