Cimpress - Assistant Manager - Finance - Taxation & MIS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Tax Compliances Being the point of contact for Direct and Indirect Tax compliances & ensuring accurate and on-time tax filings.

- MIS Supporting on Month end activities and preparing variance analysis - Month on Month, Budget vs Actual, Account Reconciliations of Balance Sheet & P&L, ensuring that work delivered is fully compliant with the required policies and procedures.

- Providing inputs for audits and other management reporting and statutory compliances

- Coordination with Internal, External and Statutory Auditors

- Understanding the core processes and supporting business units for;

- Special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis

- Operational process reviews and bringing efficiencies by taking new initiatives

- Providing assurance on effective internal control framework

Any other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

- MBA Finance or CA / Inter CA.

- ICWA will be an added advantage

KNOWLEDGE:

- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge in terms of accounting principles and Direct & Indirect taxation

- Working knowledge of SAP in accounts payable & receivable role

- Knowledge of Finalization of Trial Balance and Draft Balance Sheet

- Able to grasp any reporting application quickly

- Should be proficient in MS Office especially Excel
