Overview of Job Role:


- The Corporate Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the organization.

- The Corporate Finance Analyst will assist senior team members in preparing financial models, conducting market research, analyzing financial performance, and generating insights to aid strategic decision-making.

- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of corporate finance and develop a strong foundation in financial analysis and management.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Support Financial Management


- Assist in developing and maintaining robust financial models, conducting scenario analysis and

evaluating business opportunities.

- Assist in conducting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Performing market research and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.

- Analyzing departmental and vertical performance to identify improvement opportunities.

- Assist in preparing cash-flow projections and manage liquidity effectively.

- Developing Quantitative Models & financial projections on a weekly & monthly basis.

- Performing Ratio Analysis to determine trends, estimates & impacts of finance policies.


Financial Operations:


- Assisting team members for month-end closing activities, managing AR/AP activities and other day-to-day finance and accounts operations for smooth execution.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to track the companys performance.

- Analyzing financial information, Financial Statements and other reports.


Reporting and Analysis


- Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualisation using tools Power BI, Excel.

- Assisting team members in board and other statutory reporting deliverables.


Team Coordination and Support


- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis.

- Assist and support peers in managing daily operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Education & Experience


- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).

- 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis.

Skills & Competencies


- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.

- Basic understanding of financial statements, ratios, and modelling techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
