1) Looking passionate technical training manager with experience ranging from 10-12 years in a large Software organization

2) Potential professionals would have expertise in Technical trainings such as Java, .Net/C#, Quality Engineering, and any other cutting edge-technology tracks

3) Expertise in at least one of the programming languages such as C++ or Java or Python or C#

4) Expertise in training Quality engineering space such Test Automation using any Java /UFT or Manual te would be a big plus

5) Experience in training senior to mid-level resources in Angular or Node technologies is good to have track.

6) Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in word/PowerPoint/Excel

7) Ensure a the quality and consistency of course content through training life cycle for employees

8) Must possess strong teaching methods in various medium such as Class room /Virtual /Workshops

9) Should be able to prepare training pedagogies and classroom agenda programs by himself /herself

10) Strong experience in version control tools such as SVP/TFS/GitHub

11) Must have a passion towards training and teaching for the early hiring, and Later resources in the organization.

12) Should have capabilities to various re-skilling methods on new age technologies to the organizational work-force cut across levels

13) Excellent communication skills is default trait

14) Should have a great people skills coupled with good energy and influencing abilities
