- Should have experience of 15-20 years in Learning & Development(L&D) in a proven leadership capacity with Technology organizations. - Create and Implement L&D strategies and frameworks aligning organization's current/future business needs as part of global L&D interventions and programs. - Partner with global stakeholders to align strategy and ensure effective training delivery across the business units. - Strategically determine Training Needs on the trending technologies and create frameworks for various streams including Technology and Behaviour domains. - Conceptualize, initiate, drive the design and development frameworks, systems and processes like Role Based Trainings for all levels, Competency framework mapping etc. - Determine technical & professional learning business needs of our global stakeholders for various technology stacks with major focus on Quality Engineering side envisioning future business readiness. - Exhibit strong technical mentoring and Coaching expertise to up-skill or Cross-skill employee population inline with Industry technology transformations and client needs. - Continually improve effectiveness and operational efficiency of the training programs - Provide strategies and programs for organization development and serve as strategic business advisor to business leaders. - Excellent communications with flair is a must.
