We are looking for a leader who has and can : - Engage &amp; coach service delivery teams to excel in delivery and day to day operations - Construct methods and practices to engineer value in service delivery - Collaborate with sales teams and vertical leadership to identify opportunities for growth and puts mechanisms to mitigate risks in business and delivery - Systematically build competency across the team. - Strong personality to roll out the change in a dynamic environment - 15-17+ years of overall experience with a min of 7+ years of testing experience and exposure to agile/DevOps methodology - Delivery experience with focus on SAP/implementations, HANA migrations, testing, automation and awareness of market-leading tools and models - Drives business goals and puts structured plans in place to achieve them - Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business
