CignaTTK Health Insurance - Manager - Learning & Development (6-8 yrs)
Job Purpose:
The Incumbent will be responsible for driving behavioural training initiatives across the organisation at various levels.
Key Accountabilities :
Learning:
- Focus on Behavioural skill development aligned to the Competency framework of the organisation
- Conduct training need analysis & implementation to be able to deliver, evaluate and follow-up for business impact
- Creating curriculum / outline for interventions at various levels using Adult Learning Principle
- Creating the Instructional design for various interventions using relevant instructional tools like Simulations, Case Studies, etc for specific interventions
- Translating the Need Analysis to interventions for employees at various levels
- Ensure knowledge transfer for behavioural training programs
- Effectively delivering training with the support of various learning technologies/ mediums
Using blended learning methodology; including classroom, E-learning and experiential programs
- Manage training calendar and any business specific interventions
- Support the L&OD team across all locations for execution of learning interventions
- Publishing and Managing the behavioural training calendar
- Ensuring robust Development Action Planning for the teams and execution of the same
Management Dashboard:
- Create performance dashboard thereby presenting efficiency of training interventions
Learning Management System:
- Design & Implementation of LMS for Cigna TTK
- Manage content on LMS and drive coverage
- Report coverage and effectiveness using LMS reporting
Work Relationship :
- Manage relationships with external vendors to identify vendors to deliver programs as and when required
- Manage relationships with Internal stakeholders to effectively rollout training initiatives

Work Experience:
7- 8 years relevant experience in training with focus on behavioural/soft skills/manager development programs
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Preferably a Post Graduate In Human Resource Management
- Certified Trainer (ADDIE/Instructional Design) would be an added advantage
Technical Knowledge:
- Hands on knowledge of Authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate etc)
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel including macros
- Advance Knowledge of MS Power point
Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA
