Job Title: AVP - Taxation
Job Purpose: Taxation (Direct and Indirect taxation).
Reports to : VP - Finance
Team Reporting: 2
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1) Responsible on the direct tax and indirect tax implications
2) Responsible for monitoring and execution of intercompany Agreements from taxation point of view
3) Adhering to the Tax strategy of the Company
4) Responsible for all taxation compliance
5) Update on all change in taxation rules and regulation
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
1) Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant is mandatory
2) 10 - 12 years- experience in Taxation in a large organization (preferably in Insurance Industry).
3) Knowledge of working on accounting software
4) Well versed with MS Excel and MS Word.
5) Working knowledge of tax laws.
