Cialfo Talent Team is looking for an organized and self-motivated Talent Analytics Specialist who will be responsible for managing global payroll and reporting. In order to be successful in this position you should be analytical, detail-oriented professional, strong collaborator and have prior experience in Payroll and Analytics.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Collation and validation of all payroll data

- Ensure timely and error free payroll process and collaborate with stakeholders for respective information/data required for payroll

- Reconcile payroll prior to finalization and validate payroll reports

- Prepare reports for the global accounting for Finance team

- Provide required support to the accounting team for payroll accounting & reconciliations

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, timely statutory filing and payments to authority

- Follow a maker checker process to ensure data accuracy

- Reply to employee's payroll queries to ensure world class employee experience

- Participate in payroll related projects and perform ad-hoc activities related to payroll

- Oversee external service delivery by vendor partners related to the Retiral process area

- Define and track metrics to ensure 100% adherence to the core development of Talent processes

- Maintain Employee Experience reports and dashboards. This includes maintenance of data to support Talent team analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics

- Complete monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc Talent reporting and data analysis.

- Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights.

- Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and/or identify areas of concern

Experience and Skills:

- 5+ years work experience in Payroll Operations and Analytics

- Knowledge of Payroll, Tax and Regulatory Compliance

- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation

- Proficiency in Workday, Tableau, MS Visio, MS Office, ability to create detailed spreadsheets (VBA-Macro), charts and presentations

- Possess a customer-focused attitude through conversations and documentation

- Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills

Qualities:

- Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)

- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

- Strong commitment to customer service and ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbally
