Data Analyst

Job Description :

- Work in collaboration with internal and client's team to address key business problems and needs of the Commercial side of the Pharma business

- Directly perform analysis of data acquired into Data Lake / data warehouse using analytical tools to answer business questions

- The responsibility include stakeholder management, request handling, reporting on duration to respond and close the service requests at different levels

Required Skills :

- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, profiling, data cleansing and standardization Process

- Analyze stakeholder reported data issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing appropriate remediation

- Excellent advanced SQL and analytical skills to query databases to perform data analysis to further enhance business analysis

- Experience of Master data management business processes and MDM (Reltio like) platform skills around data stewardship

- General knowledge of data quality framework & processes.

- Experience with industry standard DQ tools like Collibra, Informatica DQ.

- Dashboard platforms like Tableau, scripting languages like Python, SQL etc. ability to build DQ dashboard.

- Excellent communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders including Technology Platform providers, data vendors and business communities

Qualifications :

- Overall experience of 2-4 years as Data Analyst in the Healthcare/Pharma analytics / consulting space.

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree (Computer science, Engineering or other technical disciplines)
