CHRO - Startup (12-16 yrs)
- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management
- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth
Ideal candidate :
- At least 12 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/e-commerce/retail/supply chain organisation is a must
- Experience in leading M&As would be preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
