Our client is an infrastructure Invit firm based in Delhi NCR.

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulate HR policies, processes, frameworks to benefit employees and businesses.

- Design organization structure and job competency & benchmarking.

- Develop rewards and recognition programs to attract and retain employees.

- Devise talent acquisition strategy for building out teams. Lead and implement employer branding programs to attract and retain good talent.

- Design talent engagement programs - learning and development, training, diversity & inclusion, and talent management.

- Manage ER/IR situations as they arise, acting with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

- Plan administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience of 15+ years. MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources.

- Experience involved in building out an organization.

- Strong multiple stakeholder management. Ability to challenge and influence to drive HR initiatives.

- Should have worked in the start-up and build-out organization.

- Should possess good knowledge of statutory compliances and labor law

- Must have a strategic mindset with a strong execution leg.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Strategic Leadership skills.

- Strong people management skills, ability to build, motivate, connect and manage a team
