Education : Full time MBA / PG - HR from TIER 1 colleges is a must. Individual will be responsible for the following : - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Stationed at Corporate office and centrally supervising and supporting units in general HR - Coach managers and leaders on people related issues with aim towards boosting overall productivity and engagement - Proactively manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations, advise and implement appropriate actions in case of any disputes - Responsible for culture and organization transformation through process &amp; people - Lead projects on technology &amp; automation initiatives across the organization. - Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
