We are having urgent vacancy for the position of CHRO for one of our Gaming Technology (Listed) Client in Mumbai.

Position Details:

Organization: Gaming Technology Company (Listed)

Position: CHRO

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed College (XLRI, TISS, MDI, XIMB, SIBM, SCMHRD etc.)

Experience: Around 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Number 1 or 2 role in HR Department), preferably in the IT, Software, New Age, Technology or gaming sector.

Position Overview:

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the companys mission to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. The CHRO will play a critical role in nurturing our innovative culture and fostering employee engagement across the head office as well as across all our operating subsidiaries.

This position reports to the CEO of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implement an agile HR strategy that supports Organization's growth objectives and enhances organizational capability in the fast-paced gaming industry.

o Collaborate with executives to align human resources initiatives with business goals and future opportunities for expansion.

Talent Management:

o Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent in gaming, technology, and creative sectors.

o Design and execute leadership development and succession planning programs to ensure strong leadership pipelines as well as its subsidiaries.

Organizational Development:

o Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and employee empowerment through skill development and collaboration initiatives.

o Lead change management strategies that enable the organization to adapt to the dynamic nature of the gaming industry.

Employee Experience and Engagement:

o Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, creating a positive workplace culture that aligns with Organizations values.

o Implement effective communication channels to ensure employee feedback is heard and acted upon.

o Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while promoting an equitable workplace.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

o Set measurable goals for DEI programs and report on their effectiveness to leadership.

HR Technology and Analytics:

o Leverage HR technology platforms and data analytics to improve recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM/MSW) from a reputed Institute (XLRI, TISS, MDI, XIMB, SIBM, SCMHRD etc.)

- Around 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Number 1 or 2 position in HR Department), preferably in the IT, Software, New Age, Technology or Gaming sector.

- Strong knowledge of Employee/Organization laws, regulations, and best practices in HR Management specific to the Technology and gaming industries.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support organizational goals and promote a culture of innovation.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams across multiple countries.
