About the role As the Program Manager, you will drive partnerships and alliances with Banks, NBFC- s, Insurance companies and Mutual Fund houses. Your goals will directly affect the bottomline of the company and will impact the offers we show our customers through chqbook.com's website, apps and in-stores at alliance partnerships like Metro Cash and Carry. What You'll Do 1. Drive partnerships and sales of the Chqbook platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizations 2. Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals 3. Implement and launch Chqbook LMS with clients and ensure strong and consistent engagement, data flow visibility and analytics ability. 4. Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities 5. Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets 6. Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis 7. Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment 8. Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business 9. Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outs 10. Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc. What You'll Need 1. 5 - 7 years of relevant Sales / Account Management experience in IT Services / Product company with over 8 years of overall experience 2. Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses 3. You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: The Chqbook team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of business in their market 4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion 5. Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value 6. Master's degree from the top 15 institutes preferred.
