What will your role look like?

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a category under our general insurance business line. Establishing Product - Market Fit by working with external as well as internal stakeholders, will be vital to this role.

- Understand Consumer and Market need gaps to design and develop new products and processes.

- Own the insurance product roadmap and execution of it in conjunction with Tech @ Chqbook.

- Work with campaign managers, contact centres, and sales teams to drive sales turnover (gross written premiums).

- Manage relationships with Insurance companies and driving product innovation for our target customers

- Enhance existing product offering and customer experience to increase market share and customer database

- Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, working closely with sales, product, design, and engineering teams.

Whom are we looking for?

- A min of 5 years of work experience in General Insurance ( Motor / Health).

- Experience in Product management with an insurance company will be an added advantage

- MBA from a premier management institute

- A self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.

- Proficiency in writing detailed Business Requirement documents for Tech teams to work on

- Extrovert and engaging personality

- Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders

- Structured and organized in work processes, with the ability to multitask
