What will your role look like?
An avid digital marketeer and technology enthusiast whose goal will be to drive new user growth, user engagement, and cross-sell:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital, performance, and campaign marketing
1. Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Run campaigns to generate leads and acquire high-quality new customers across a variety of online channels (Google UAC, Facebook, Affiliates, etc)
- Critical and in-depth analysis and reporting of campaign performance
- Use third party analytics and campaign management tools such as Google, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc
- Track and assess the impact of the campaigns, update campaign reports, provide insights based on campaign performance
2. User Engagement
- Utilize the marketing automation tool (MoEngage) to run engagement campaigns & cross-sell various products to onboarded customers.
- Plan the engagement campaign calendar well in advance by creating customer cohorts and the communication that will be sent to them
- Conduct ABC testing and campaign experiments to derive the best resultsEnsure that campaigns are performing well and on time. Ensure content & language

3. Campaign Reporting:
- Measure everything. Track and analyze the campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources.
- Own and share the analysis and reporting on the success of campaigns.
- Ensuring 100% tracking of all marketing activities using various tools such as open analytics, firebase, CRM, etc.
Who are we looking for?
- A strong track record in driving profitable user acquisition campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for numbers and insights.
- Very Proficient & fast at operating Excel & SQL
- Exposure working for campaigns for Fintech/BFSI/Credit Card/Insurance/Loans
- A self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.
In-depth experience with advertising channels such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram and Twitter
- Experience in running mobile engagement platforms like MoEngage/ Clever Tap/ Netcore/ Webengage or similar marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with planning, implementing and analyzing online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ability to give direction for content & design
