- Ensure smooth acquisition, disposal, lease & license of (documentation, tax consideration, various clearances etc) of properties related to Organisation & Group Business.
- Responsible for all Sales Tax related legal matters and finalizing of all General Commercial Agreement for engaging different Business vendor
- Managing the registration & renewals of Trademark, Copy Rights, Design, patents & Intellectual property rights for the Organisation & Group Business.
- Provide legal support to the businesses in matters of commercial litigation and Arbitration, agreements, contracts etc.
- Ensuring safe custody of the signed agreements and Proactive prompts renewal, termination etc.
- Responsible for all the legal, Commercial litigation and Arbitration of the Organisation
- Support in legal matters relating to mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, documentation & Closure, Business Restructure if any etc by interacting with various intermediaries
- Update oneself by tracking changes in laws key judgements, regular update to organisation on regulatory changes.
- Responsible for documentation related to finance for borrowings, Hypothecation & Mortgages, Filing of charges and satisfaction, Deposit of title deeds & release and Consortium documentation

Education Qualifications
Bachelor of LAW (L.L.B) is Must
Work Experience: 08 to 10 years of relevant experience working in FMCG /Service or Manufacturing
Age: Between 37 to 42 yrs
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Extremely good negotiation skills
- Assertive
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Drafting skills
- Very Good in Oral & Written communication
- Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is must.
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
