Description: The objective of the role is to design and deliver a - WOW- user experience on Chola MS digital platforms for all age groups and Customer Segments. Responsibilities: - Regularly evolve, enable and enhance User experience with new technologies available in the market. - Work closely with the Digital technology team and Customer operations team to deliver required enhancements. - Work closely with Digital sales team across digital verticals for superior ui/ux across personal lines of gi business - Regularly enhance the ease of use of the customer interface across customer segments and age groups Knowledge & Experience: - Overall experience of 5-7 years working in digitally enabling business. - Preferably have worked with Voice / AI enabled processes. - Uses Design Thinking models regularly in their day to day work. Personal Attributes: - Highly creative - Design thinking / Agency background - Generally passionate about technology and abreast with latest trends and practices - Enjoys collaborating with a team while working independently to drive business goals and objectives. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Alignment with the new digital business team. - Ideal age profile - less than 35 years.
