- Hands on experience in analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of an analytics engagement - data requirement identification, data collection, analysis and insight generation using data etc. - Liaison with product and business team to enable data backed decision making and analyse funnel, marketing ROI, attribution, trends, lifetime Value, retention, cross sell, attrition etc. - Develop models as per standards (including any cross sell models), create intermediate documents, analyse effectiveness of models, iteratively refine models to improve results and automate models to self-generate results - Design and produce dashboards and ad hoc reports to present trends and measure progress against established KPIs, goals, and lead-gen activities. Create visualizations (tableau/PowerPoint/excel) to present analytical findings - Analysis of partnership business trends, suggestions to business on any behavioural patterns - Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (one or more required) - Advanced Excel - SAS (preferable), SPSS, R - Alteryx - SQL, including geospatial types and functions - Tableau, SSRS a plus - Programming and/or scripting experience preferred, e.g. VBA - Experience using data, mathematical/statistical modelling to create business cases - Experience in data driven synthesis, analysis and reporting
