Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) He / She will be Responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goal ensure efficient restaurant oration as well as maintain high production, Productivity, and customer service standard.
2) Delivery superior services and maximize customer satisfaction & respond Efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
3) Organize and supervise shifts & appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
4) Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and manager restaurant's good image and suggest way to improve it.
5) control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste & create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
6) Train new and current employees on proper customer services practices.
