Job Description:

- Strong in Relationship and Channel Management.

- Managing Agency Associates for Legal & Financial Services & generate business from them.

- Managing & Coordinating with Agencies after their Appointment.

- Coordinating with Legal Head to understand and Market the Legal-Financial Advisory business.

- Maintain daily Agency wise MIS of Leads and Follows-up of PR Activities by Agencies.

- To increase the business designing various types of contest for the Agencies.

- Setting goals and monitoring Agency Channels performance.

- Field orientation and Demonstration (FOD).

- Enhancing customer satisfaction metrics by monitoring customers complaints and thereby suggesting solutions to them.

- Achieving Sales targets & ensuring profitability of the team

Candidate Expectation:

- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience Preferably from Banking, Insurance, Mutual Fund or Any other Financial Sales Background.
