Chief Trainer - Teacher Enablement - Startup

We are seeking a Chief Trainer Teacher Enablement for our client which is a startup based in US, this position is based in india, can work from any location and the right candidate will be involved in upskilling teachers in content, presentation, behavioral and soft skills, with exposure to a modern online education diverse environment and will help teachers become awesome beyond their technical skills. In this role you will collaborate with amazing colleagues to solve challenging problems and have a material impact on a building our curious, creative, coders.

What you will do :

- Review class recordings, shadow classes and identify training needs

- Collect feedback from customers and operations, understanding issues and identifying and defining training needs

- Conduct Trainings on soft skill, personality development and online class delivery

- Measure the effectiveness of trainings

What we are looking for :

- You experience working as Trainer in soft skills, personality development in modern online education domain

- Great inter-personal skill, effective communication and a leader everyone wants to emulate

- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Strong sense of ownership of your work
