Chief Technology Officer - Technology Product Firm - Hospitality Sector (10-15 yrs)

Our client, one of the fastest growing technology solutions company operating in a global hospitality industry with customers spanning over 30 countries, is looking to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mission - To maintain existing products and deliver new world class products, within allocated budget and timelines, by building and growing a high-performance team

Prior Experience -

- At least 2+ years in similar role

- Must have built B2B, SaaS products

- Must have recruited and built teams from scratch

- Hands on with strong focus on execution - must have worked in smaller teams

- Experience in analytics, data driven products will be an added advantage

Mandatory Competencies -

- Experience in architecting SaaS, Mobility products

- Strong organization and planning skills

- Outgoing and engaging personality

Job Description -

As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for running a team delivering industry's best SaaS and Mobility products. You will:

- Build, develop and lead a team of top quality tech talent.

- Provide technical leadership for every aspect of software.

- Work closely with business teams to position products as industry's leading technology products.

- Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects.

- Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes for delivery of scalable and high quality software.

- Ensure top quality design reviews attaining business goals.

Years of Experience - 10 to 15

Desired Education - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science from a premier technology institute

Reporting To - CEO

Compensation Range - As per the industry standards + possibility of ESOPs for right candidate

Location - New Delhi
